Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will visit Kyrgyzstan’s capital Bishkek to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit, Burhanettin Duran, head of the Communications Directorate of the Turkish Presidency, said in a social media post.


The Turkish leader will visit Bishkek on August 31–September 1 at the invitation of Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov, Caliber.Az reports.






Duran said Erdoğan will address the expanded-format summit session on September 1.


During the visit, Erdoğan is also expected to hold bilateral meetings with leaders of other countries
