Latvia’s Cabinet of Ministers on September 1 approved the transfer of another 21 vehicles confiscated from drunk drivers and other offenders to Ukraine.
The vehicles are intended for units of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence, as well as the National Guard and National Police, according to Latvian media.
In early August, Latvia’s State Logistics Agency reported that Riga had donated 187 confiscated vehicles to Kyiv since the beginning of 2026.
