Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russian drones struck a university in Kyiv on Wednesday, September 2, while classes were in progress, adding that 160 students were sheltering at the time.


“Today, Russian ‘Shaheds’ hit one of the universities in Kyiv right during classes. Fortunately, the students were in a shelter — 160 students,” Zelenskyy wrote.


Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said seven people were injured as a result of the attack in the Ukrainian capital.
