A fire broke out for an undetermined reason at a logistics warehouse in the industrial zone of Tuzla district in Istanbul on the morning of September 3.
Following the report, police officers, ambulance crews, and firefighting teams from 10 districts were dispatched to the scene, according to Turkish media.
The fire spread to a nearby lumber warehouse, an adjacent factory, and a wooded area. Emergency services are continuing efforts to extinguish the blaze.
Small explosions have been heard periodically due to chemicals stored at the warehouse.
Police have cordoned off the area and taken the necessary safety measures.
