Transport and Communication Holding (AZCON) has been granted a new
authority.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed the
relevant decree. The document text was published on his official

AZCON was entrusted with the appointment and dismissal of the
deputy chairpersons of the Board of Directors of the Space Agency
(Azercosmos), and the resolution of other issues attributed to the
powers of the founder in the normative legal acts of Azerbaijan,
including Article 8.2 of the law of Azerbaijan "On public legal
entities".
