Azerbaijan appoints Fakhraddin Ismayilov Permanent Representative to UNESCO

BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 6. Fakhraddin
Ismayilov has been appointed Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan
to UNESCO.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed the
relevant decree. The document text was published on his official
website.

According to the decree, Fakhraddin Ismayilov was appointed as
the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to
UNESCO.

Prior to this appointment, Fakhraddin Ismayilov served as the
Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the
Council of Europe.

By another decree of President Ilham Aliyev, Elman Telman
Abdullayev was recalled from his position as Permanent
Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to UNESCO.
