BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 11. The humanoid robot
show held at a panel on "The role of innovative ecosystems in the
digital development of Azerbaijan" within the framework of the 7th
Summer Camp for Diaspora Youth in the Eastern Zangezur sparked
special interest among the diaspora youth.
Moderated by Commercial Director of Rabalon LLC, Vusala Abasova,
the event's guests were an official representative of the
Information and Communication Technologies Agency, Asim Namazov,
Head of Information Security at Rabalon, Elvin Taghiyev, IT Manager
and Solutions Architect, Vugar Ismayilov, independent expert, Sadig
Ismayilov.
During the discussions, information was provided on the
development trends of widely used artificial intelligence
technologies, their contribution to digital transformation, and the
new opportunities they create in various fields. Based on
international experience, an exchange of views took place on the
potential risks caused by such dynamic development. The need for
stronger privacy and information security education was also
emphasized. The interactive panel addressed numerous questions from
young people and offered practical recommendations on addressing
the technological challenges of the future.
One of the most memorable moments of the panel was the humanoid
robot show, which was met with particular interest and applause
from the young people.
The 7th Summer Camp for Diaspora Youth, organized by the State
Committee on Work with Diaspora of Azerbaijan jointly with the
Heydar Aliyev Foundation, was held from August 2 to 8 and brought
together 123 young people from 64 countries. Previous camps held in
Shaki, Shamakhi, Shusha, Nakhchivan, Lachin, and Khankendi brought
together more than 700 young people from 84 countries in total.
