Azerbaijani border authorities have detained an Iranian national for attempting to smuggle illicit drugs and psychotropic substances across the southern border into Azerbaijan.


Caliber.Az by the State Border Service of Azerbaijan, personnel from the "Horadiz" border detachment apprehended 51-year-old Iranian citizen Aghapour Hossein Novruz (born 1975) during an illegal border-crossing attempt.
