Bulgaria, as a European partner, plays an important role in the implementation of the Middle Corridor and the Modern Hejaz Railway project, Turkish Transport and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Uraloglu has said after discussing transport links and regional cooperation with Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev.
In a post on X, he noted that the two countries plan to increase the volume of rail and road freight transportation, with work underway to establish new border crossings and transport interchanges, Caliber.Az reports.
“By strengthening transport links between Türkiye and Bulgaria, we will continue to develop trade and mobility in our region,” Uraloglu added.
