BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 14. The amounts of
state fees have been set for the registration of operators engaged
in seed production, the issuance of extracts from the relevant
information system and their duplicates, as well as certificates
confirming the varietal and sowing qualities of seeds.
This is reflected in President Ilham Aliyev’s Decree amending
the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On State Fees.”

According to the law, a state fee of 50 manat ($29.4) has been
established for the issuance of an extract from the information
system of an agency (institution) designated by the relevant
executive body in the field of plant breeding and seed production,
10 manat ($5.8) for issuing a duplicate extract from the
information system of the agency (institution) designated by the
relevant executive body in the field of plant breeding and seed
production, and 25 manat ($14.7) for issuing certificates
confirming the varietal and sowing qualities of seeds (one
document).
