BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 14. The "State audit"
information system has been established in Azerbaijan.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed
a decree on the establishment of the "State audit" information
system and regulating a number of related issues.
The text of the document has been published on the official
website of the President of Azerbaijan.
By the decree, the Regulations on the "State audit" information
system were approved.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan must resolve the issues
arising from this decree. The Chamber of Accounts of Azerbaijan was
recommended to take necessary measures to form, conduct, organize
and develop the "State audit" information system, to place, conduct
and improve the "State audit" information system in the "Government
Cloud" in accordance with the "Government Cloud" (G-cloud) Concept
approved by the decree No. 718 of the President of Azerbaijan dated
June 3, 2019, as well as to take measures to include the "State
audit" information system in the "Unified register of state
information resources, systems and electronic services" and the
state register of personal data information systems.
The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan,
together with the State Service for Special Communications and
Information Security of Azerbaijan, taking into account part 2 of
this decree, must ensure the implementation of measures arising
from the requirements of the decree of the President of Azerbaijan
No. 263 dated September 12, 2018 "On approval of the rules for the
formation, maintenance, integration and archiving of state
information resources and systems" and some measures related to
electronic government.
Together with the state bodies (institutions) that form the
primary source of the information specified in part 3 of the
regulation approved by Part 2 of the decree, the Ministry of
Digital Development and Transport must take necessary measures
within three months to ensure the availability of such information
through the Electronic Government Information System and shall
inform the President of Azerbaijan about this.
