BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 14. Cib Kapital
Investment Company CJSC announced a reduction in its authorized
capital.
This was reported in the newspaper “Taxes,” published by the
State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.
According to the report, the company’s authorized capital was
reduced from 500,000 manat ($294,109) to 190,000 manat ($111,761).
Thus, the capital decreased by 310,000 manat ($182,347), or
62%.
Cib Kapital was registered in January 2026. The company’s legal
representative is Gunduz Gozalov.
An investment company is a legal entity established as a
joint-stock company that holds a license to conduct investment
activities and whose primary business is the provision of core and
ancillary investment services as defined in Articles 30.3 and 30.4
of the Law “On the Securities Market.”
The primary services provided by the company include accepting
and executing client orders related to securities and derivative
financial instruments, managing portfolios for individual
investors, providing investment advice, placing and underwriting
securities, conducting securities transactions on its own account,
and margin trading.
Support services include managing clients’ securities accounts,
providing loans and other forms of credit to investors, conducting
investment research and financial analysis, providing collateral
management services for secured bonds, and foreign currency
exchange.
