BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 20. Azerbaijan plans
to introduce daily, weekly and monthly railway ticket packages for
tourists, as well as discounted ticket offers for specific
destinations, by 2030.
This is outlined in the State Program for Tourism Development
for 2026–2030, approved by President Ilham Aliyev today.
The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport has been
tasked with taking measures in this area.
As a first step, international practices in this field will be
studied.
