BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 21. As part of a press
tour organized for Azerbaijani media representatives visiting
Uzbekistan, journalists visited the “Sea Breeze Uzbekistan” resort
and residential complex located on the shores of the Charvak
Reservoir.
Twenty representatives from Azerbaijan’s leading media outlets
are participating in the press tour. Among the participants is Emin
Aliyev, editor-in-chief of the Trend International News Agency.
“Sea Breeze Uzbekistan” is a new resort and residential
development located about 80 kilometers from Tashkent, spanning 527
hectares with a 7-kilometer shoreline. Planned for completion in
phases between 2025 and 2035, the project will include villas,
hotels, beaches, sports facilities, restaurants, leisure and
wellness areas, and a boulevard.
The media representatives were also briefed on the “White
Villas” and “White Residences” projects, designed to blend into
Charvak’s natural landscape and offer panoramic views of the
reservoir.
Mikhail Namazov, Head of Strategic Development at “Sea Breeze,”
said the project is in its early stages, with landscaping already
underway. He noted that the development aims to create an
international-standard resort while preserving the area’s natural
environment.
Namazov emphasized that the project prioritizes environmental
sustainability and adapts “Sea Breeze’s” successful concepts in
Azerbaijan to Charvak’s natural landscape. The resort will feature
pools, restaurants, beach clubs, and entertainment facilities,
hosting concerts, festivals, and sports and cultural events, he
added.
“Sea Breeze Uzbekistan” is “Agalarov Development’s” second
project in Uzbekistan and is aimed at boosting tourism and
attracting residents, international visitors, and investors.
