TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, August 23. Uzbekistan
regards the historic meeting of the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia
and the US in Washington last August and the signing of the joint
declaration as a clear success of the personal diplomacy of
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, President of Uzbekistan
Shavkat Mirziyoyev said during the third meeting of the Supreme
Interstate Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic
