Iran is determined to expand its relations with China and strengthen the implementation of bilateral agreements, Iran’s Judiciary Chief Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Eje'i said during a meeting with China’s Supreme People’s Court President Zhang Jun in New Delhi.
The meeting took place ahead of the BRICS summit, as the two officials discussed bilateral cooperation and broader international developments, Caliber.Az reports via foreign media.
“The world is transitioning to a new order, and China plays an important role in this process. Therefore, we are fully committed to utilising our full potential to fully implement bilateral agreements,” Mohseni-Eje'i said.
He also stressed the importance of continued cooperation between Tehran and Beijing despite what he described as regional and international challenges.
He said Iran and China have continued to cooperate and support each other amid changing geopolitical circumstances.
