Russian presidential adviser Anton Kobyakov has suggested that part of Russia’s population could be relocated to Ukrainian territory, arguing that such a move could help address demographic decline.
Kobyakov claimed that Ukraine is experiencing a severe population decline, saying that “one child is born for every four people who die” in the country.
He argued that the demographic situation means Ukraine has already reached its “point of no return,” and suggested that the relocation of part of Russia’s population could be considered as a way to address the consequences of population decline.
