Russia’s Defence Ministry said its air defence forces intercepted and destroyed 592 Ukrainian drones overnight across several regions of the country and over the Black Sea.

According to the ministry, the drones were downed over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Volgograd, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Lipetsk, Oryol, Rostov, Tver, Tula, Samara and Smolensk regions, as well as the Moscow region, Caliber.Az reports via Russian media. 


The ministry also reported drone interceptions over the Krasnodar and Perm territories, the republics of Udmurtia and Tatarstan, and the Black Sea.
