An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.1 was recorded off the coast of Sochi on September 25, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC).
The epicentre was located in the sea, 23 kilometres southwest of Sochi and 184 kilometres southeast of Krasnodar.
The earthquake occurred at a depth of 5 kilometres.
