The Ukrainian Air Force said that 128 of the 167 unmanned aerial vehicles launched against Ukraine overnight on September 5 were shot down or suppressed.


According to the Ukrainian military, the attack involved Shahed- and Gerbera-type drones, as well as UAVs of other types.


Ukraine also reported that Moscow attacked Kyiv with Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles.


“Hits by enemy missiles and strike UAVs were recorded at 23 locations, as well as the fall of downed [debris] at one location. In addition, some of the enemy’s means of attack did not reach their targets; information about them is being clarified,” the Ukrainian Air Force said.
